Delivery time is approximate for orders placed before 9 am Monday - Friday.
We offer a free standard delivery service for all domestic AU orders over $200.
We are Australian based; all times noted are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Our preferred shipping partner is Australia Post and all our domestic orders are delivered carbon neutral. We do not ship to PO Boxes in Australia or New Zealand.
We do not offer express postage for international purchases, we use Australia Post International Standard shipping. Please note there may be international import fees when our goods enter your destination country (outside Australia) and this is payable by the customer. These fees are based on the total value of the goods purchased.
